Hence, we are looking to build out our Talent Acquisition team, based in our North America HQ in the centre of San Francisco.

Your role will be to partner, in the main, the sales and marketing organisation in NAM end to end. We have offices in San Francisco city center, Dallas and New York City.  Reporting into the Head of Recruitment (based in the UK), with a dotted line to the HR Manager for NAM you will be wholly responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans leveraging the full sourcing mix with a focus on direct hiring.  You'll help develop recruiting cycle processes to ensure best practice, transparency and measurability. 

This role will suit an experienced, credible recruiter interested in building and evolving a small and evolving global recruitment function.  Someone who relishes senior stakeholder parternship (exec) through to the full hiring community.  This really is an opportunity to carve out the role and make great conversations happen.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (aside from the usual end to end delivery):


  • Work with hiring managers on recruitment planning, strategic resource planning through attrition delivery
  • Lead the creation of a sourcing and interviewing plan for each skills family and work to evolve how we assess across the job families
  • Build a pipleline and evergreen talent pools of qualified passive and non passive leads/candidates
  • Take initiative and ownership of improvement projects 
  • Reporting rigur – vacancy and OKR reporting
  • Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters
  • Coach hiring managers




  • Demonstrable in-house recruitment experience ideally within a SaaS company 
  • Proven relationship building skills
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
