THE ROLE

To play a lead role in progressing projects, business as usual work and driving efficiencies supporting our global Cloud Contact Centre service. Based in Wroclaw you will be part of a talented Technology department who maintain the core voice infrastructure.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of voice network and its architecture 
  • Work with other development and operations teams on improving our service and adding new functionality
  • Streamline and automate where possible
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Provide support and mentor your colleagues
  • Maintain high standards of quality at all times. 

 

THE PERSON

To be part of the NewVoiceMedia team you need a desire to collaborate, to keep on learning and the discipline to deliver nothing short of excellence.  We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Detailed knowledge of SIP, RTP and other VoIP related protocols and concepts or willingness to learn these to advanced level
  • Good TCP/IP skills
  • Knowledge of cloud computing (Amazon AWS services)
  • The concept of infrastructure as a code is not foreign to you
  • You are familiar with automation tools such as chef, terraform or would be keen to learn
  • You are not afraid of coding in python or\and have used other languages in the past
  • The idea of learning docker, vagrant, microservices or querying APIs sound appealing to you
  • Good knowledge of Linux
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, GIT, Jira
  • You have worked or heard about Agile environment
  • You have analytical mindset and pragmatic approach
  • You want to continuously develop your skills
  • You want your team to be successful and you like sharing your knowledge with others
